他认为，既然激活状态下的违法责任归于车企，保险产品的设计逻辑也应相应调整。 崔东树还提到，自动驾驶汽车会记录大量行驶数据，以后保险定价可能更加公平，“开得安全就便宜，风险高就贵点”。 同时，强制国标的核心安全基准有利于打消车企和保险机构的顾虑，推动行业规范发展。他直言，草案审议落地后会倒逼车企完善算法安全和数据回溯机制，对智能网联汽车产业长期发展意义重大。
