二 |          　　为进一步加强对新就业群体的政治引领、关心关爱和团结凝聚，着力解决新就业群体反映集中的急难愁盼问题，近日我省出台《辽宁省关爱服务新就业群体十一条措施》（以下简称《措施》），切实增强新就业群体的归属感、获得感和幸福感。         　　为不断提升党在新兴领域的号召力、凝聚力和影响力，《措施》明确提出，各级党委组织部门、社会工作部门、“两新”工委要牵头并会同相关业务主管单位和行业管理部门，进一步提升党的组织覆盖和工作覆盖质量，严格落实政策要求，为新兴领域党组织开展各项活动提供经费保障。         　　《措施》提出了多项帮扶慰问、关心关爱新就业群体劳动者的具体举措，包括紧密结合新就业群体流动分散特点和实际需求，推进新就业群体领域工会组织建设；开展免费义诊及心理咨询等活动；建设、升级一批“爱心驿站”“暖心食堂”“司机之家”等服务平台（站点），切实解决“吃饭难、饮水难、休息难、如厕难、停车难”问题。         　　在加强对新就业群体的劳动社会保障、有效化解职业风险方面，《措施》提出，要提升政务服务效能，严格规范执法司法行为，依法保护民营企业和新就业群体合法权益；推行快递行业从业人员劳动合同示范文本；规范平台经营行为，推动平台企业及其分支机构开展行业工资集体协商。         　　《措施》对健全诉求办理机制，依法畅通维权渠道也作出安排，如建立“一行业一法律帮扶团队”工作机制，深入开展劳动人事争议调解、劳动监察执法工作等。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
