一 | 9月20日，市委理论学习中心组学习（扩大）会议暨学习贯彻习近平法治思想专题报告会召开，深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想，认真贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会关于完善中国特色社会主义法治体系的重大决策部署，扎实推进全面依法治市工作，加快建设更高水平的法治抚顺。市委书记高键主持会议并讲话，市人大常委会主任赵乐韬出席。沈阳师范大学法学院院长、法学博士王旭伟教授作专题辅导报告。 (ECNS) -- The 2026 Chinese Culture Carnival launched Thursday in London’s Chinatown, offering immersive workshops to connect British Chinese youth with their heritage. Hosted by Guangxi University and organized by the UK Chinese Arts Centre, the 10 day program features martial arts, folk songs, calligraphy and crafts such as embroidered balls and porcelain painting. Mao Zhicheng, director of the UK Chinese Art Centre, noted that Chinese culture serves as a vital spiritual bond for Chinese communities worldwide. Through this interactive program, young participants in the UK can not only learn traditional skills but also deepen their understanding of their cultural roots and heritage. 会上，王旭伟教授围绕“深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想、推动法治建设工作”这一主题，从习近平法治思想的产生背景、主要体系内容等方面，对习近平法治思想的重大意义、核心要义进行了系统阐释和深入解读。
二 | 辅导报告主题鲜明、视野开阔，逻辑严谨、内涵丰富，对于全市广大党员干部深刻理解、准确把握习近平法治思想，纵深推进全面依法治市，具有重要的指导作用。 会议强调，全市上下要以此次专题辅导为契机，不仅要强化理论学习，更要深化实践运用，进一步深学细研习近平法治思想，不断提高运用法治思维和法治方式深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护稳定、应对风险的能力。不仅要坚持问题导向，更要突出结果导向，重点解决法治抚顺建设中存在的问题，更好发挥法治固根本、稳预期、利长远的保障作用。要坚持党领导立法、保证执法、支持司法、带头守法，压实领导干部责任，建强法治队伍，凝聚工作合力，为实现抚顺全面振兴新突破提供坚强法治保障。 市委常委，市人大常委会副主任、市政府副市长、市政协副主席，市法院院长、市检察院检察长及市直相关部门负责同志参加。
