其实早在2021年，绿城通就在官网发布公告称已经和苹果签署协议，透露郑州交通一卡通·绿城通卡即将登陆苹果Apple Pay。 这次上线的绿城通卡同样支持全国互联互通，可直接使用Apple设备在郑州地区及全国带有“交通联合”标志的公共交通相关领域刷卡消费。
用户打开钱包App，点击右上角加号，选择交通卡，检索绿城通即可完成开卡，最低充值金额10元，最高充值上限1000元。 充值可以直接通过钱包内绑定的银行卡完成，不需要跳转第三方App。
另外，绿城通还跟支付宝联合推出了不同的卡面，并且上线了“碰一下乘车立减”活动，iPhone/华为手机用户均可参与。
