Taking to Instagram, Kiara and Sidharth shared a joint post with the photo of their hands, holding their baby's tiny feet. "My love and blessings always," Karan penned, alongside heart emoticons. Manish Malhotra also shared red heart emoticons to show his enthusiasm. Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani met during the after party of Lust Stories. However, their romance began when they worked together during the filming of their historical drama Shershaah. They soon went from reel to real lovers. They tied the knot on February 7, 2023. Their dreamy wedding ceremony took place at the Suryagargh Palace in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. It was an intimate affair with close friends and family in attendance. Their romantic wedding video shared a sweet glimpse of their ceremony. The couple announced their pregnancy in March 2025 through a joint post on Instagram. They shared a picture of their hands cradling a cream coloured knit socks. The caption read, "The greatest gift of our lives coming soon."On the professional front, Kiara was last seen in War 2 with Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Sidharth starred in Param Sundari, alongside Janhvi Kapoor. 二 | 云南省曲靖市师宗县五龙乡的“老少时光驿站”里，棋盘刚摆开，彩纸才裁好，放学的孩子们已围到老人身旁，欢笑声从小院漫出巷外。“一老一小”朝夕相伴的温馨场景，是曲靖市以社会组织为纽带、精准守护民生的生动缩影。课后托管服务为积极应对人口老龄化、强化未成年人保护，曲靖市立足本土实际，深挖社会组织专业潜能，以政策驱动、资金保障、模式创新和人才培育为抓手，蹚出了一条整合社会力量、精准服务民生的新路子。全市2068家社会组织如同遍布城乡的毛细血管，将专业化、精细化的关爱服务源源不断地输送到老人与儿童身边。曲靖市将社会组织参与“一老一小”关爱纳入民政年度重点工作清单，不断完善政府购买服务和福彩公益金专项扶持的双轮驱动机制，推动社会组织参与民生服务。2025年，曲靖市争取省级福彩公益金98万元，全部专项用于留守、流动、困境儿童帮扶项目。依托公益创投扶持13个本土社会组织深耕“一老一小”领域，主动对接外部慈善资源，构建起上级专项资金、本土公益创投、外部社会捐赠的多元投入格局。2024年以来，曲靖市统筹政府购买服务资金、福彩公益金、基金会资助、社会捐赠资金共1780.61万元，累计落地“一老一小”专项服务项目251个，惠及群众58万人次。同时，曲靖市精准把握城乡老年人与儿童的差异化需求，探索出一批惠民亲民的本土服务模式，提升了关爱服务的精细化水平。麒麟区依托公益创投孵化本土公益队伍和邻里互助组织，常态化承接邻里照料、课后托管等便民服务，累计服务群众6000余人次。在麒麟区太和街道曲烟社区，专业社工人才和社区志愿服务队伍协同服务，成立17支社区公益服务队，创新红黄蓝三色分类管理工作法，把闲置人力就地转化为关爱力量。沾益区推动物质帮助和服务关怀融合，相关项目覆盖739名困难对象，在生活物资帮扶之外兼顾心理疏导、健康管护等软性服务，累计服务9562人次。师宗县五龙乡和江南社区盘活养老、儿童服务阵地，打造“老少时光驿站”“银龄童乐”等代际互助项目，让老人与孩子朝夕相伴、各得其乐。陆良县深化法院和社会组织的协作，本土社会组织承接涉罪未成年人社会调查、心理疏导、帮教矫治全链条服务，打通司法保护与社会关爱的衔接通道。

三 | 聚焦本土社会组织“缺带头人、缺专业人才”的短板，曲靖市系统推进人才培育工程。落地社会组织“牵手计划”，引导大中型优质社工机构结对帮扶县域小微社会组织；实施“星火计划”，集中培训16家社会组织负责人，依托试点项目开展实务培训310人次；联动曲靖本地高校，储备社会工作专业人才159名，搭建本土人才储备库。越来越多扎根社区的服务能手不断涌现，本土社会组织逐步成为邻里互助、基层关爱、小区治理的主力军。
