二 |     市场人士分析，结合历史案例，如果百度可在9月3日考察截止日前完成转换并生效，就有望赶上本轮港股通调整窗口期，最快9月7日所在周正式被纳入港股通。    

    从7月16日董事会授权启动双重主要上市转换、7月22日港交所确认受理相关申请，再到8月26日股东特别大会表决落地，百度接连走完多个关键流程，整体推进节奏明显超出市场此前预期。

三 |     据了解，目前百度在港属于二次上市，上市地位依附纳斯达克美股主市场，并不满足港股通纳入标准，内地海量投资者资金无法直接参与投资。

四 |     一旦双重主要上市完成，南向资金将成为重要增量资金。叠加百度昆仑芯、AI云、大模型、AI智能体、无人驾驶构建起的 “芯 — 云 — 模 — 体” 全栈AI布局，市场对其AI业务价值的关注度将持续走高。

五 |     但双重主要上市同样会抬升企业合规负担，在信息持续披露、公司治理、财务报告等层面，需要同时满足港美两地监管规则。    美股、港股股价联动波动，以及两地投资者权益平衡等问题，后续也将是市场重点关注方向。
