B | V9 NAND采用280层堆叠架构，是目前最先进的NAND产品之一，预计该产线月产能将达4万至5万片晶圆。     为进一步巩固稳定量产能力，三星确定追加引入刻蚀工艺设备。

C | 相关设备采购订单预计于今年年底前落实，补充投资将于明年下半年启动。    SK海力士已于今年第三季度起在大连第二工厂推进NAND产品升级所需的设备投资。

D | 目标产能规模约为月产3万片晶圆，相关投资将持续推进至明年。    大连工厂此轮投资标志着SK海力士在华NAND产能建设进入实质性加速阶段，此次重启扩产整体产能预计将扩大约50%。

E |     两家韩国存储巨头接连扩大中国产线投资，显示中国工厂在其高阶NAND产品布局中的重要性持续提升，此轮扩产有望进一步提升其高端产品供应能力。
