D |          2020年，32岁的康宁接手后，立足家乡资源，改变传统管理经营模式，从山东借鉴先进种植经验，取得了不错的成绩。“我们村有黄元帅、富士、乔纳金等多个品种苹果，以往都是通过在收获前十来天扒掉套袋和反光膜等方式，让苹果长得个头大、颜色光鲜亮丽。可这样一来，不仅苹果口感稍差，而且还对环境产生不好影响。

E | ”现在改变了传统模式，拿富士苹果来说，采摘时间比传统摘果时间要晚半个多月，且生长期间套袋、反光膜不再扒掉，这样节省了人工等费用，而且由于气温下降，果品含糖量逐渐升高，且口感甜脆，非常受消费者青睐。

F | 康宁说，没有扒袋的富士，颜色是白中略透着黄，客户形象地称为奶油富士。

G | 通过四年实践，市场反响非常好。         合作社成员每家秋后都能产10万斤左右苹果，整个合作社共有1000多万斤。从去年开始，康宁尝试通过线上直播的方式卖苹果。

H | “起初，由于经验的问题，卖得不太好。经过一年运营，我各方面的技术都成熟了，到目前‘卖相’大好。”          从每天8时至17时，除了正常经营管理外，康宁均在直播卖苹果。由于他本着诚信为先、质量至上、服务暖心、价格公道的宗旨，每天能卖苹果5000斤左右。“一直能卖到来年五一，估计能卖千万斤，其他少部分合作社成员自行销售。另外，合作社从村民家收购的苹果价格略高于市场价，目的是让村民得到更多实惠。例如目前奶油富士的市场价格在1.7元至2元之间，合作社收购的价格则为2元至2.3元。”          同时，为了进一步增加合作社成员收入，合作社还建了四座恒温库，将苹果放入其中。经过一段时间冷却，果品质量会更加优质。

I | 由于一系列科学方法加持，不久前，合作社的果品入选绥中县优质果品展销会，得到与会者一致赞赏。         “年轻人有头脑、思路广，有开拓进取精神，当地党委政府积极鼓励像康宁一样的人，飞往更广阔的空间，从而助力乡村振兴。
