二 |     募集资金主要用于小鹏机器人业务的软硬件研发、物理AI模型训练迭代、高质量数据采集、全链条量产基地建设及全球商业化拓展。

三 |     IDG资本与小鹏渊源深厚。2022年7月，小鹏汽车生态企业小鹏鹏行完成超1亿美元A轮融资，IDG资本即为领投方之一。    过去12年，小鹏集团始终坚持全栈自研，为物理AI时代构建了坚实的技术底座，包括物理世界基座模型、图灵AI芯片和AI Infra体系。    小鹏机器人中心今年6月新设立九个二级部门，涵盖产品部、具身系统工程部、操控及安全开发部、具身智能部、数据闭环部等，组织架构全面铺开。    小鹏全新一代IRON人形机器人计划2026年底进入量产阶段，月产能目标上千台。    IRON搭载第二代VLA模型，配备3颗图灵AI芯片，构建VLT加VLA加VLM高阶“大小脑”协同体系，可实现对话、行走、操作等复杂任务。

四 |     外观方面，IRON拥有仿人脊椎、仿生肌肉、全包覆柔性皮肤、头部3D曲面显示和仿生灵动双眼，被称为“最拟人的人形机器人”。    量产基地方面，小鹏已在广州广棠科创城具身智能产业园启动建设行业首个全链条量产基地，总建筑面积约11万平方米，严格按照高标准工业厂房要求建设。    落地节奏上，IRON将率先从小鹏门店和园区开始商业场景应用，包括门店导览和园区导购，2027年面向中国及海外市场正式上市和交付。
